Veteran former interim lightweight champion Dustin Poirier has revealed that he would be willing to come out of retirement for a third fight against Justin Gaethje, following the latter's victory in UFC 324. Poirier and Gaethje have a history behind them — both have split wins in previous fights — and Poirier says a trilogy against Gaethje, who now holds the interim title, would be an ideal way to close out his career in a big way. This statement comes on the heels of Gaethje's dominance over Paddy Pimblett, which has reignited fan interest in a potential final duel between two of the lightweight division's most spectacular fighters.
